Kelvin Peter Atuguba, Founder & CEO

Welcome to TEN GHANA! Finding a Cure for high unemployment of the Ghanaian youth is an organization dedicated to empower young people to become self-employed, self – reliance and employers of labour through entrepreneurship and mentoring support programs. Our mission is to support students exploring the spectrum of entrepreneurial opportunities while at School including founding startups, joining or investing in early-stage companies, or pursuing entrepreneurship within existing companies. As one of the most active organizations in schools we host numerous networking events, pitch competitions, the Dreamer Seminar among others.

We are very proud of what we have accomplished and remain ambitious about plans for the future.

At the heart of TEN GHANA is people, our family. The community of Students, Mentors, partners, affiliates, researchers, and donors, and most importantly – the people we care for, Ghanaian youth, and Africa their friends. We are also deeply connected to the wider community of our collaborators in Entrepreneurship and youth agencies around the world and the youth of Ghana & Africa who benefit from the research and mentoring programs and funding we help to sponsor.

Some of our most enduring successes are those that have grown to independence.

We want our members to succeed. In order for that to happen, we must have a strong culture and environment that educates, inspires, and motivates the right people forward. We are interdisciplinary, open minded, and innovative.

Everything we do is for a purpose and everything we do affects our lives and the lives of others. We will build recognition for Africa entrepreneurship community. We will build the foundation for innovation.
